Education
Depending on your class schedule and your personal preferences, you may want to study in the morning or at night time. If you have a roommate, you may need to accommodate their schedule as well. A study schedule should be two or three hours of blocked time that you use to study, complete assignments, or look over what you have learned in class that day. This schedule can be free floating, meaning that you can choose the hours you want to study, or you can pick the same time each day. If you get into the habit of studying each day, you will not find it difficult to pass your classes, have your assignments completed on time, and you may even look forward to those quiet hours spent studying. If you cannot study on your room, you can always go to the library or study outdoors if the weather permits. Find the Library You should locate all of the libraries on campus during your first few weeks at school. These libraries will come in handy when you need to study, conduct some research, or you need a quiet place to read or think. There are many resources available at the library including computer terminals and copy machines. As you go through college, you will find that you will use the library more often. As you class progress, they will be more difficult and will require more papers and other assignments that will have to be researched. Learning how to use the library is the best tool to have when on a deadline. If you do not know how to use the library well, ask a librarian for help. They are very knowledgeable and friendly.
